Time: 5 1/2 mins, Power: 800WRemove sleeve and pierce film lid several times. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes (800W). Carefully peel back film lid, stir and recover. Microwave on full power for 2 minutes 30 seconds. Stand for 1 minute.

Oven cook

From Chilled

Time: 16-18 mins, Temp: 190°C, Fan 170°CPre heat oven to 190°C, Fan 170°C, Gas Mark 5. Remove sleeve and pierce film in several places. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute.
