Remove outer cardboard packaging and place glaze sachet to one side, leaving the foil tray and turkey in the bag and place in a large roasting tin. Place roasting tin in the centre of the oven. Cook for 20 minutes per kilo plus 70 minutes. Pierce the thickest part of the breast meat with a skewer to check that there is no pink meat and the juices run clear. If more cooking is required return it to the oven, checking every 15 minutes. Once cooked, remove from the oven, cover the crown with foil and leave to rest for 15 - 20 minutes. Remove from bag before carving.
