Wash hands, all surfaces and utensils after touching raw fish. Heat until piping hot.
Oven cook
From Frozen
Cook from frozen: Remove all packaging. Loosely wrap fish in parchment or lightly oiled foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 18-20 minutes. Check fish is piping hot. (Time 18 - 20 mins, Oven: 200, Fan: 180, Gas: Gas Mark 6)
