Oven cook
From Frozen
Remove all packaging. Spread the fries evenly on a baking tray with upturned edges and place in the top of an oven preheated to 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas Mark 7 and cook for 16-18 minutes until crisp and golden. Turn the fries at least once during cooking to ensure an even crispness.
Deep fry
From Frozen
Heat the oil in the pan or fryer to around 180°C / 355°F. Place your fries into the basket and let them fry for 2-3 minutes, until crisp and golden. Lift the basket and shake off the oil.
