    Roquefort, Serrano ham and pear salad

    Easy to prepare luxury salad.

    • Preparation time: 10 minutes

    Ingredients

    • 2 Waitrose Perfectly Ripe Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 120g bag Waitrose Peppery Rocket Salad
    • 70g pack Unearthed Spanish Serrano Ham
    • 75g Roquefort cheese, cubed
    • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
    • 120g pack Waitrose Pomegranate Seeds

    Method

    1. Toss the pear slices with half the lemon juice. Arrange the salad on four serving plates. On top, scatter the pear slices, slices of ham and the Roquefort.
    2. Whisk together the remaining lemon juice, olive oil, yogurt and seasoning. Drizzle over the salad and scatter with the pomegranate seeds. Serve.

    Cook's tips

    You can always use Stilton cheese instead of Roquefort and swap Serrano ham for Waitrose Parma Ham.
