150g Waitrose LOVE Life Free From Gluten Penne Pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 essential Waitrose Courgette, diced
1 essential Waitrose Red Pepper, diced
25g pine nuts
2 tbsp Waitrose Tomato Pesto
3 tbsp essential Waitrose Semi Skimmed Milk
½ x 25g pack fresh basil, torn
1. Cook the pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes until tender then drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the vegetables and pine nuts for 3-4 minutes. Add the tomato pesto, milk and basil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Stir in the pasta, season and serve.

4.2g fibre 11.6g protein
