This simple salad is delicious as an accompaniment to meat or fish, or just as good on its own with crusty bread.
Serves: 8 as a side
300g breakfast or mixed radishes
3 Little Gem lettuce hearts
50g walnut pieces
12 juniper berries
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tub essential Waitrose Salad Cress
50g Danish Blue cheese, crumbled
