Pour this white port and tonic cocktail chilled to best enjoy the hints of fruit, honey and nuts, and serve alongside salad, grilled sardines, olives, salted almonds or cheese.
Serves: 1
50ml white port
150ml tonic water
Orange slice
Thyme sprig
1. Fill a large wine glass with ice, add the white port and top up with tonic. Garnish with a thyme sprig and an orange slice.
