Mint chocolate 'avocado' cocktail

Calling all chocolate-lovers and cocktail enthusiasts, here's a drink for you! It's also a fabulous recipe to celebrate Easter with – serve alongside the rest of the giant chocolate buttons.
30g white chocolate, melted
40ml double cream
40ml white rum
Few drops Cooks' Ingredients Peppermint Natural Extract
Few drops essential Waitrose Natural Green Food Colour
Dark chocolate, melted
1 giant chocolate button
1. Prepare the martini glass by dipping the rim into the melted dark chocolate and chilling it in the fridge until it sets.
2. Stir all the ingredients (except the garnishes) together in a cocktail shaker, fill with ice and shake for about 10 seconds until chilled. Strain into the chilled martini glass, float the chocolate button on top and enjoy.
