Albacore tuna salad

75g trimmed fine green beans, halved
400g can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 plum tomatoes, cut into chunks
6cm piece cucumber, cut into chunks
50g pitted black olives
2 tbsp French dressing
220g jar Waitrose Hand-Prepared Albacore Tuna
In Spring Water, drained
½ x 25g pack parsley, chopped
1. Cook the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, drain and cool. Mix in the cannellini beans, tomatoes, cucumber and olives.
2. Stir in the dressing, tuna and parsley then season.
