Blackberry jelly

There are two types of blackberry jelly available at Waitrose:

Savoury blackberry jelly

A dark red clear preserve with a tangy flavour.

Uses: Serve as an accompaniment to cold meats and cheeses or pork or game pies.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place, once opened store in the fridge and consume by the best before date.

Sweet blackberry jelly

A smooth alternative to blackberry jam, blackberry jelly has a sweet flavour and a dark red, almost black colour.

Uses: Spread on bread or toast, scones or crumpets.

To store: Keep in a cool, dry place and consume by the best before date.
