Pan Fry …MEDIUM HEAT Simmer 15 mins + pan fry 6-8 mins …Preheat pan. Remove bag from box. Place the bag in simmering water for 15 minutes, remove from bag and pan fry on a medium heat for 6-8 minutes using butter to baste. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Do not reheat once cooled.
