Pan Fry from chilled. MEDIUM HEAT. Time: 4 minutes. Preheat 1 tbsp (15ml) of oil in a frying pan. Remove all packaging and place prawns in the pan. Pan fry over a medium heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Check food is piping hot. Do not reheat once cooled.
